Your data is stored securely on our servers. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Photos and Media
Photos and images you upload to the Platform are stored on our servers and are accessible only to you unless you explicitly share them. We do not use your photos for any purpose other than displaying them within your account.
5. AI Features and Data
When you use AI-powered features such as the Batch Creation Wizard or Troubleshooting Wizard, relevant brewing data from your account may be used to generate responses. This data is processed to provide the service and is not used to train external AI models or shared with third parties.

The Platform uses authentication tokens stored in your browser to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your personal information and brewing data will be removed from our active systems. You may also contact us directly to request a copy of your data or to correct inaccurate information.
8. Children's Privacy
Brew & Byte is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has registered on the Platform, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
